When Does Trendyol Payout Land? Payment Schedule Explained

“Ciro” (revenue) and “hakediş” (payout) are not the same number, and the gap between them is where most cash-flow surprises come from. Your seller panel shows revenue the moment an order is delivered. The cash that actually lands in your bank account follows a separate weekly cycle, gets reduced by four different deduction types, and — depending on the category — can arrive one to four weeks after the sale itself.

The weekly cycle: Wednesday calculation, Thursday payment

Trendyol runs payouts on a fixed weekly rhythm. Every Wednesday, the platform calculates what you're owed for orders that have matured (more on maturity below), and the resulting amount is paid out the following day, Thursday. This cycle repeats every week regardless of order volume — there's no daily or per-order payout option.

If Wednesday or Thursday falls on a public holiday, the calculation or payment can shift to the next business day — check your panel's payout calendar around Turkish holidays rather than assuming the exact same day every week.

Why a sale can pay out weeks after delivery

This is the part that confuses new sellers most: delivering an order doesn't make it eligible for payout immediately. Every sale has a payment term (vade)attached to its category — commonly ranging from about 7 to 28 days after delivery — before it “matures” and enters the payout calculation. A category with a 7-day term might pay out within a week or two of delivery; a category with a 28-day term won't be included in a Wednesday calculation until nearly a month has passed.

Your exact payment term per category is set by Trendyol and shown in Seller Panel → Finance → Payout Transactions(Muhasebe ve Finans → Hakediş İşlemleri) — it isn't the same across the whole catalog, so a store selling across multiple categories will see different maturity dates for orders delivered on the same day.

Weekly vs. 15-day vs. monthly terms

Don't assume every product you sell matures on the same schedule. Two identical-looking orders delivered on the same date can land in completely different Wednesday calculations if they belong to categories with different payment terms. This is the single biggest reason a seller's week-to-week payout amount doesn't track cleanly with that week's sales — you're always being paid for a mix of orders from several weeks back, not last week's revenue.

What actually gets deducted from your hakediş

The amount that lands in your account isn't your sale price minus commission alone. Four separate deductions apply to every order:

• Commission, calculated on the full VAT-inclusive sale price at your category's rate (see our commission rates guide for how that rate is set).
• Cargo (shipping) fee plus VAT on that fee, based on the invoiced desi.
• Service fee plus VAT — a small fixed per-package platform fee, typically discounted if the listing carries a fast-shipping label.
• Withholding tax (stopaj) — around 1% deducted from the VAT-excluded portion of the transaction, standard for marketplace sellers in Turkey.

A rough worked example: a 300 TL order in a category with a 10% commission rate and moderate shipping desi might see roughly 30 TL commission, ~35-45 TL cargo + VAT, a few TL service fee + VAT, and a small withholding deduction — landing somewhere near 210-220 TL net payout on a 300 TL sale, before your own product cost is even subtracted. The exact figures move with your category, desi, and shipping label, so treat this as a shape, not a formula — always check Payout Transactions for the real breakdown on a specific order.

Payout came in lower than expected — common reasons

• A return or cancellation processed in the same cycle offset part of the amount.
• A desi correction (invoiced desi higher than declared) increased the cargo deduction — see our desi dispute guide if this keeps happening.
• A penalty or chargeback (late shipment, cancellation rate) was applied that cycle.
• An ad spend balance was offset against the payout if you run Sponsored Products.
• You had early payment (see below) active, which reduces the amount in exchange for receiving it sooner.

Early payment (erken ödeme): is it worth it?

Trendyol offers an early payment option that lets you pull matured or near-matured hakediş before its scheduled Wednesday/Thursday cycle, for a daily discount fee — commonly cited in the small fraction-of-a-percent-per-day range. Whether it's worth using depends entirely on your alternative cost of capital: if the discount fee is meaningfully cheaper than what you'd pay to borrow the same cash elsewhere (or the cash unlocks a restock that would otherwise sell out), it can be a reasonable cash-flow tool. Check the current rate in your panel before each use — it isn't fixed and Trendyol can change it.

Reconciling ciro with hakediş

The practical fix for most of the confusion above is to stop treating revenue and payout as the same metric. Revenue tells you what you sold. Hakediş tells you what you can actually spend — after commission, cargo, service fee, withholding tax, and the maturity delay specific to each category. A seller planning restocks or ad spend off revenue alone will consistently overestimate available cash by exactly the size of that gap.
