Refund Policy
DIGITAL DELIVERY NOTICE: The Service is delivered and made active instantly in digital medium once payment is successfully processed. No physical shipping will take place.
1. Overview
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) sets out the conditions under which you may cancel your Canly AI subscription and request a refund.
B2B Nature (Scope): Canly AI is a B2B SaaS co-pilot designed for commercial use by Trendyol sellers (see Terms of Service, Section 3.3). Purchases are made in the course of trade or profession. Therefore, consumer protection withdrawal rights under Law No. 6502 do not apply. Digitally executed instantly-delivered services are excluded from statutory withdrawal rights. However, as a commercial courtesy, we voluntarily offer a 14-day money-back guarantee under the conditions below.
2. Pre-Purchase Information
Before purchase, details about subscription periods, VAT (KDV) inclusive pricing, automatic renewals, and cancellation terms are provided to you at checkout.
3. Free Trial
3.1 7-Day Free Trial
New subscribers get a 7-day free trial from activation. No payment is taken during the trial. If you don't cancel before expiration, it converts to a paid subscription.
3.2 Conditions
The free trial is limited to once per Seller (including accounts sharing the same Trendyol Seller ID).
4. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
4.1 Guarantee Terms
You can request a refund within 14 calendar days from the start of your paid subscription. This is a voluntary guarantee for first-time subscribers. We reserve the right to decline if excessive AI generations or audits indicate abuse.
4.2 Requesting a Refund
Submit your request to support@canlyai.com or follow the cancellation steps in your account settings.
4.3 Processing
Approved refunds are instructed to our payment provider iyzico within 14 days and credited back to the original card used.
5. When the 14-Day Guarantee Does Not Apply
Automatic renewals, repeat accounts sharing the same Trendyol Seller ID, re-subscriptions, and requests beyond 14 days are excluded from the guarantee.
6. Cancellation After the Guarantee Period
6.1 Monthly Subscriptions
You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the paid month; no partial refunds are offered.
6.2 Annual Subscriptions
Access continues for the remainder of the annual term. Unused months are non-refundable.
7. Refunds Due to Service Issues
If the service is permanently discontinued, a pro-rata refund will be issued. Systemic infrastructure outages extending beyond 72 consecutive hours may also qualify for a pro-rata refund.
8. Refunds for Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors
Report billing errors to support@canlyai.com within 30 days. If verified, we will process the refund via iyzico within 7 business days.
9. Non-Refundable Items
Setup fees, single-report purchases, subscription renewals, and chargebacked items are not refundable.
10. Chargebacks
Filing a bank chargeback without contacting support first violates terms and may lead to account suspension.
11. Dispute Resolution
Refund disputes are negotiated informally first. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
